I praise God for the great and mighty things that he has been doing at Lovejoy Family.  It has been exciting to see His hand of mercy at work within the church family.  Many have powerful testimonies of how the Lord has spoke to them, touched them and even changed their lives.  To God be the glory for the great things He has done and is doing.  The good news is that He is not done doing great and mighty things.

 

This Sunday morning (Oct 17th) I will be sharing in the 10:30 service many things that God has laid upon my heart.  I will not even begin to share the details at this time for this email could not do justice in explaining all that God is doing.  However, I will tell you that it is critical that we have as many of you at Sunday’s service as possible.  You and your families need to hear what God has been doing and where He is leading us.  Every person and every ministry at Lovejoy Family is going to be impacted.  I hope that every family connected with the church will have at least one representative in this Sunday’s service.

 

What do you need to do in preparation for this Sunday’s service?  The answer is; YOU NEED TO PRAY!  Pray for me – your pastor, that I will share with a boldness the exact message that the Lord puts in my heart and upon my spirit.  Pray for yourself and your family, that your hearts and spirits would be open to receive those things that God wants to show you.  Pray that everyone who God wants to be in this service - will be obedient to God.  Pray for a mighty movement of the Holy Spirit as we come together on the Lord’s Day to seek and serve Him.  Pray a prayer of thanksgiving that God cares enough about us that He would have specific plans for us as individuals, families and as a Church body.
